25/07/2018 – Charlemont Exchange

The Charlemont Exchange glazing project is now at its final stages of completion. We are currently working alongside Walls Construction Ltd on this newly redeveloped 89,118 Sq. Ft. office space. Once complete, the building will hold up to 1,200 office workers split over seven floors with large floor to ceiling heights throughout. The building boasts impressive views stretching from the Pigeon House, Aviva Stadium, the Grand Canal and the Dublin Mountains.
