Finally, after three years of securing and planning the renovations to our 25,000 sq. ft. purpose-built offices/workshop, in January 2021 we relocated to Kernanstown Industrial Estate. As our new premises is 3 times larger than our previous premises, this will ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency and will allow for further diversity and scaled projects
in the future.
Currently for 2022, we have secured the Curtain Walling for Sandyford Central Residential Development for contractor, John Paul Construction. This is due to commence the 1st quarter of 2022.
We have also secured Curtain Walling, Window and Doors for the Simon Community for contractor, Duggan Brothers (Contractors) Ltd which is due to commence in the 3rd quarter of 2022.
Finally for the moment we have secured a data centre for a high-end client in Grange Castle Business Centre, Dublin. Keep an eye on our news for updates in the coming months on this exciting project.
These projects have got our year off to a great start in our new premises and we look forward to a bright 2022.
